The Cobb Lane Bed & Breakfast is a 7-room bed and breakfast operating from the 4,537 square-foot former J. H. Bingham residence at 1309 19th Street South on "Nabob Hill" in Birmingham's Southside.

Ira and Sheila Chaffin purchased the property, which had been subdivided for professional offices, in December 2003. They restored the original parlours and added new bathrooms, then re-opened as a bed and breakfast in 2005. Their restoration earned a Preservation Award from the Birmingham Historical Society.

The Chaffins opened a second inn, the Hassinger Daniels Mansion Bed & Breakfast at Five Points South in 2010. Ira Chaffin died in 2016. Sheila Chaffin put the Cobb Lane inn up for auction in early 2020 in order to focus on the other property.
