Colonial Village at Trussville is a 376-unit, 20-building apartment complex at 90 Meadows Drive, off Edwards Lake Parkway near I-459 Exit 32 and just south of I-59 at U.S. Highway 11. It was developed in 1996 by Colonial Properties and is presently owned and managed by Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA) of Germantown, Tennessee.

The complex, which is separated from the Colonial Promenade at Trussville shopping center by Pinchgut Creek, has been annexed into Irondale, although it is virtually surrounded by Trussville.

The gated complex has a fitness center with two outdoor pools and two lighted tennis courts, as well as a car wash / car care center. It is marketed as pet friendly with no breed restrictions.
