The Corporate Realty Companies are a group of related companies engaged in commercial property development. Its offices are located in Bakers Row at 60 14th Street South.
The group has developed or managed more than 150 properties in the Birmingham metro area. The group is made up of Corporate Realty Associates, a full service commercial real estate firm; Corporate Realty Management, which handles property management; Corporate Realty Development, which develops new properties, and Home Communities (formerly One Residential), a residential real estate office. In 2020 another company, Healthcare Resources LLC was established. Robert Simon heads each division.

Corporate Realty Development specializes in site development, licensing and permitting, and construction management. Partners include Geoff Golden, Chris Giattina and Brian Giattina. Brian Wolfe and Helen Wilkey round out the team. Their offices were located at 1904 1st Avenue North before they moved into Bakers Row in 2015.
Corporate Realty Development is actively developing several downtown projects, including the Standard at Midtown, redevelopment of the former Roger's Army Navy Store building for advertising company Intermark Group, and the $35 million retail and residential development Cityville Block 121.
Corporate Realty is also working on a new residential community adjacent to the Oxmoor Valley golf course to be called Oxmoor Ridge and is a part of the Southside Development Company working on redevelopment of Southtown Court.
