Direct Communications is a public relations firm founded in 1992 by political strategists Rick Heartsill and Steve Raby.

In 2014 the company relocated from Cahaba Heights to 2316 1st Avenue South in Birmingham. In 2018 they moved to a newly-renovated building at 3616 7th Court South in Forest Park Office Park. Barrett Architecture Studio's design for the renovation was given an AIA Birmingham Design Award in 2022.
