Eissmann Automotive NA is a North American subsidiary of the Bad Urach, Germany-based Eissmann Group Automotive which manufactures automotive interior assemblies for several automakers.

Since 2005 the company has operated a major fabrication plant on a tax-exempt parcel leased from the Pell City Industrial Development Board at the corner of Jack Biddle Drive and Ed Gardner Drive in eastern Pell City. By 2018 the plant had expanded five times and employed more than 800 workers, making it the largest single employer in St Clair County.

In 2022 the company invested $3.4 million in new advanced manufacturing equipment at its Pell City plant, and expected to hire 79 more workers.
