Element 26 (formerly Highland Ridge Apartments) is a 66-unit apartment complex located at 1620 14th Avenue South near UAB in Birmingham's Southside. The 21,218-square foot complex was constructed in 1970.
In 2012 the property was purchased for $2.1 million, with the new owners investing $800,000 in interior renovations. They sold the complex to another group in 2015 for $4 million. Arbour Valley manages the apartments.
