Element 26 (formerly Highland Ridge Apartments) is a 66-unit apartment complex located at 1620 14th Avenue South near UAB in Birmingham's Southside. The 21,218-square foot complex was constructed in 1970.

When it was first built, three of the apartments were leased by the Sinclair Oil Company and Continental Can Company as guest accommodations.

In 2012 the property was purchased for $2.1 million, with the new owners investing $800,000 in interior renovations. They sold the complex to another group in 2015 for $4 million. Arbour Valley manages the apartments.
