Eunice Crabtree's Cut Rate Deli & Bait Shop was a gay bar owned by John Elder (former proprietor of Mabel's Beauty Shop & Chainsaw Repair). It opened in 1989 in the former Fantasies location on 3rd Avenue South near 36th Street.

The bar was divided into two spaces: The "Bait Shop" side had a country-western theme while the "Cut Rate Deli" side was more urbane. For a short time, the "Bait Shop" was promoted as a lesbian bar. Eunice Crabtree's closed around 1992.
