Excelsior! was a comics, games, toy and book shop located in Hoover. It was first opened in 2011 by Ken Oswald at 3150 Lorna Road. In addition to retail sales, the shop hosted regular gaming events.
The shop relocated to 3412-B Lorna Lane off Rocky Ridge Road in early 2018, and closed on December 31, of the same year.
