The Excelsior Bakery was a bakery and confectionery operated by J. E. Heins and Rothenhoffer at 2027 2nd Avenue North beginning in 1886.
In 1914 the Excelsior was known as "the largest Greek bakery in the city," and supplied numerous Greek-owned restaurants and shops.
