The Excelsior Bakery was a bakery and confectionery operated by J. E. Heins and Rothenhoffer at 2027 2nd Avenue North beginning in 1886.

By 1914 the Excelsior, which had been acquired by the Jebeles & Colias Confectionery Co., had moved into the Morris Raden building at 200 22nd Street South and was known as "the largest Greek bakery in the city," supplying numerous Greek-owned restaurants and shops.
