The Fairway View Apartments are an apartment complex located in the 3300 block of Clairmont Avenue.
In 2006 a joint venture of Formation Methods, Hinton Properties and Netherlands-based Euro American Advisors demolished Fairway View and four neighboring complexes to make way for 216 condominiums.
Later, Formation Methods announced plans to work with outside investors to construct a single 247-apartment community on the five properties, which had 188 units between them. The project was tentatively called "Clairmont Apartment Homes". No work was done over the next six years.
In 2014 the Bristol Development Group of Tennessee announced plans for a 246-unit Bristol Clairmont apartment community on the site.
