The Five Points South neighborhood is a neighborhood in Birmingham's Southside community. According to the 2020 U.S. census, it is the most populous neighborhood in the city, with 10,792 residents.

The Five Points South Neighborhood Association meets on the 3rd Tuesday's of each month at 6pm, at the Highlands United Methodist Church, Social Hall on 1st floor, at 1045 20th St South. The current officers include Sheila Chaffin as president, Wil Jones as vice president, and Stephen Smith as secretary.
