Hollywood Villas is a 19-unit condominium development on Lancaster Road off of Independence Drive in Homewood. The development opened in 2007. The condos replaced Alpine Apartments.
The architect and interior designer for the complex was the Garrison Barrett Group. The Spanish Mission design, featuring neutral stucco and red roof tiles, is intended to match that of the surrounding Hollywood homes built in the 1920s.
