Hollywood Villas is a 19-unit condominium development on Lancaster Road off of the east side of Independence Drive in Homewood. The development was completed in early 2008, replacing Alpine Apartments.

The architect and interior designer for the complex was the Garrison Barrett Group, the developer was Ruffner Mountain Development, and construction was overseen by Maxus Construction. The Spanish Mission design of the complex, featuring neutral stucco and red roof tiles, is intended to match that of the surrounding Hollywood homes built in the 1920s. Although designed as town homes, the lots are owned by a condo association. Each unit features a garage, hardwood floors, and fireplaces and were initially priced between $450,000 and $550,000.
