Hollywood Villas

Hollywood Villas is a 19-unit condominium development currently under construction on Lancaster Road off of Independence Drive in Homewood. The development is expected to open in fall 2007. The condos are replacing Alpine Apartments.

The architect and interior designer for the complex is the Garrison Barrett Group. The Spanish Mission design, featuring neutral stucco and red roof tiles, is intended to match that of the surrounding Hollywood homes built in the 1920s. Although designed as town homes, the lots will be owned by a condo association. Each unit will feature a garage, hardwood floors, and fireplaces and priced between $450,000 and $550,000.
