Homestead Village is a 106,606 square-foot shopping center located on Patrick Way off of Gadsden Highway, opposite the Cedar Creek and Tutwiler Farm subdivisions in Trussville.

The center was developed by Blackwater Resources beginning in 2015. The original plans had to be scaled back due to concerns about the environmental impact on Pinchgut Creek, a tributary of the Cahaba River. Catch ponds were built to filter runoff from the development.

In June 2021 Blackwater sold the center to a joint venture of McDonald Group and Select Strategies Realty of Cincinnati, Ohio for $25.5 million.
