Jackie McDougal

Jackie McDougal (born c. 1940 - died August 14, 2008) was an attorney and was the Bessemer city judge for more than 33 years.
McDougal had been diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease. He shuttered his law practice and retired as judge a few weeks before his death, and was replaced by Scott Roebuck.
