Jimmy Watson (born in Talladega) is the owner of the Garage Café.

Watson moved to Texas from the early 1970s and later came to Birmingham. He opened his bar at The Garages on 10th Terrace South in February 1994.

Watson also organized the annual Garage Café Beach Party, the Tuesday after Labor Day at Pandora’s Steak House in Grayton Beach, Florida.
