Johnathan Austin

Johnathan F. Austin (born c. 1979) is the executive director for the Center for Urban Missions and the District 5 Representative of the Birmingham City Council.

Austin graduated from John Carroll High School in 1997. He began working with the Center in 1996, ten years after it was founded by his father, pastor Gerald Austin, Sr..

Austin is president of the Central City Neighborhood Assocation, and was named William Bell's successor on the city council on December 23, 2008.
