Joy A. Smith (born c. 1969) is director of parking and transportation services for UAB.

Smith graduated from Parker High School in Birmingham in 1987 and earned a bachelor's in criminal justice and political science at UAB in 1994. While there, she was president of the UAB Young Democrats.

In the 2013 Birmingham municipal election Smith ran for the open Birmingham Board of Education District 6 seat.
