Keith Mims (born c. 1955) is the owner of AdBest Advertising and a candidate for Birmingham City Council District 6 in the 2017 Birmingham municipal election.

Mims grew up as the youngest of three brothers in the Loveman's Village public housing project. He played quarterback at Ramsay High School and attended UAB. Before launching his advertising agency, he worked as an account executive for Pitney Bowes. He left that job in 1995 so he and his wife, Viola could open Vie’s Children’s Shoes at the Heritage Towne Centre in Woodland Park.
