Keith Mims (born c. 1955) is the owner of AdBest Advertising and a candidate for Birmingham City Council District 6 in the 2017 Birmingham municipal election.

Mims played quarterback at Ramsay High School and attended UAB. Before launching his advertising agency, he worked as an account executive for Pitney Bowes. He left that job in 1995 so he and his wife, Viola could open Vie’s Children’s Shoes at the Heritage Towne Centre in Woodland Park.

As a community activist, Mims was involved in public appeals for the city to replace Birmingham Fire Station No. 8 in Kingston.
