Landing is a membership-based apartment leasing service specializing in short-term rentals of furnished units for traveling professionals. The company was founded in 2019 by Bill Smith, who had previously founded Shipt.

Landing had been headquartered in San Francisco, California. In June 2021 it announced that it would relocate to the John Hand Building in Birmingham. In support of the planned move, the company was awarded tax and job training incentives from the State of Alabama, Jefferson County, and the City of Birmingham.

In August 2022 Landing secured $125 million in capital investment funds.
