The Lipscomb City Council is the 6-member elected body governing the city of Lipscomb. Three members of the current Council have either left office or are unable to attend meetings, leaving the body short of a quorum to conduct business.

- District _: Gaston Randle, Mayor Pro Tem, indicted on felony charges, resigned January 2008 citing poor health.
