Mac Parsons (born February 23, 1943) is a Jefferson County Circuit Judge in the Bessemer Cut-Off Division and formerly a state senator.

Parsons is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and the Birmingham School of Law. Parsons is active in the Alabama State Bar and the Bessemer Bar Association. Parsons served in the Senate from 1978-1994. He ran unsuccessfully for state agriculture commissioner in 1994. He was elected Jefferson County circuit judge in 1998 and was re-elected in 2004. Prior to being elected circuit judge, Parsons was an attorney with a private practice in Bessemer. Parsons currently lives in Hueytown.

In 2009, Parsons announced he would run for the Alabama Supreme Court. Parsons' daughter Jennifer Parsons Champion is Jefferson County Treasurer.
