Media of Birmingham (MOB) was a trade organization founded in 2006 by Christina Tutor, Vivi Abrams, Kyle Whitmire and Wade Kwon. Originally intended as a networking tool, the group's web site covered major changes to Birmingham's media landscape.
A board of directors took charge of the organization in 2010. The group disbanded in 2012, turning over the continued maintenance of the web site to Kwon.
