Michael G. "Mike" Graffeo (born March 28, 1952 in Ensley) is an attorney and a judge in the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama.

Graffeo holds a Bachelor's in urban sociology and political science from UAB (1976) and a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law (1979). He served as a law clerk to federal magistrates after graduating, and then accepted a position as legislative liaison and administrative assistant to Birmingham Mayor Richard Arrington, Jr in 1980. He coordinated Arrington's re-election campaign in 1983 and ran unsuccessfully for Birmingham City Council in 1985. He was elected to the Council in 1987, but failed in his re-election bid two years later.
In 2004, Graffeo lost a special election to fill the vacancy in Alabama House District 47. In the 2006 general election he faced Republican Pat Moore for the seat of retiring judge Tennant Smallwood. He received the endorsement of the Birmingham Bar Association and won by a margin of 53% to 47%.
