Miss Myra's Pit Bar-B-Q is a barbeque restaurant at 3278 Cahaba Heights Road in the Cahaba Heights neighborhood of Vestavia Hills. The restaurant, which is noted for its ribs, white sauce and banana pudding, was founded by Myra Grissom Rountree and her then-husband Clark Rountree in the 1980s.
Harper's daughter, Rennae and son-in-law Buck Wheat joined as co-owners of the business, with Rennae handling preparation of the banana pudding.
