Molton, Allen & Williams LLC was a privately-held insurance brokerage firm which formerly managed real estate properties on a large scale. It is headquartered at 1000 Urban Center Drive in Liberty Park with a branch office in Pensacola, Florida.

The company was founded by Thomas Molton in 1886 as the Molton Realty Company with offices at 113½ 20th Street North. In 1897 the firm moved to 118½ 19th Street North and was known as Molton & Stickney. In 1904 Molton moved the firm into Dr Smith's Block at the corner of 19th Street and 2nd Avenue North.

It adopted its present name in 1919 with the addition of partners ____ Allen and Elliott Williams and moved to its long-time offices at 2026 3rd Avenue North, adjoining the Watts Building and the Title Guarantee and Trust Company Building in 1926.

The firm was acquired by USI Insurance Services of Valhalla, New York.
