The Montclair Medical Office Building is a 50,845 square-foot, 2-story building constructed in 1990 for medical offices. It is located on a 5-acre site with a 163-space parking lot at 720 Montclair Road, adjacent to the former Trinity Medical Center.
The vacant building was offered for sale for $5 million in 2016, and later reduced to $3.5 million. In November 2017 the property was rezoned so that it could be adapted for a climate-controlled public storage facility. Montclair Storage LLC purchased the building in March 2018 for $2.85 million.
