Mountain Brook High School, founded in 1966, is a three-year public high school in the Birmingham suburb of Mountain Brook. It graduated it's first class in 1968. The campus is located at 3650 Bethune Drive It is the lone high school in the Mountain Brook School System.
Enrollment in grades 10-12 for the 2004-2005 school year was 961 students. The principal is Dicky Barlow.
School colors are green and gold. The athletic teams are called the "Spartans". The school allowed fraternities and sororities until early in the 21st century.

- Selected by Redbook magazine as one of 155 schools honored for "overall excellence"

- Mountain Brook has graduated three Rhodes Scholars.
- Mountain Brook has won more Alabama state athletic championships (102) than any other school in the state.
