Park Tower is an 11-story, 110-unit condominium tower at 2717 Highland Avenue South. It was designed by Giattina Fisher & Company as Park Tower Apartments and completed in 1969. Shortly after opening as luxury apartments, the building was converted into Birmingham's first fee-simple condominium project. In addition to the residential units, the modern structure also has one commercial unit.

The facility features a swimming pool, poolside club room, on-site salon, parking garage, full-time building manager, and on-site security service. In addition, first floor residents have over-sized terraces and 10-foot ceilings while the penthouses feature complete views of Vulcan Park, Sloss Furnace, and the Birmingham skyline.
