Park Tower Condominium

Park Tower is a residential condo at 2717 Highland Avenue South. Construction of Park Tower was completed in 1969. Originally designed as Park Tower Apartments by Giattina Fisher & Company (now Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio), the 11-story modern structure is home to 110 residential units and one commercial unit.

Shortly after opening as luxury apartment, the building was converted into Birmingham's first fee-simple condominium project. Residents enjoy a swimming pool, poolside club room, onsite salon, parking garage, full-time building manager, and onsite security service. In addition, 1st floor residents enjoy oversized terraces and 10-foot ceilings while penthouse residents enjoy complete views of Vulcan Park, Sloss Furnace, and the Birmingham skyline.

The building's common spaces were recently renovated with designer finishes and furnishings. More upgrades such as fresh paint and updated pool area are in store.
