Park at Sydney Drive is a 120-unit apartment complex on 8 acres on the 2800 block of Sydney Drive in Birmingham's Oxmoor Valley neighborhood. The $19 project was developed by a partnership between Hollyhand Development of Northport and the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District.

Development of the complex was nearly unanimously opposed by neighborhood residents who attended town hall meetings held by HABD.

The 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units have washer/dryer connections, walk-in closets and covered patios. The complex includes several playground areas and a central community center with fitness and computer facilities.
