LIV Parkside is a proposed 228-unit apartment and retail development to be located on the 1700 block of 1st Avenue South, facing Railroad Park.
The developers of the project, LIV Development, is headed by Robb Crumpton. The architects for the building are Charlan Brock & Associates of Maitland, Florida. The $30 million project, to be constructed by Robins & Morton, is expected to break ground in late 2013 and open in early 2015.
