Pinson City Hall is located at 4410 Main Street in Pinson. In September 2007 the Pinson City Council agreed to spend $550,000 from the city's share of the Alabama Trust Fund to purchase the 13,000 square foot medical office building owned by Carraway Hospital which had been vacant since 2001.

The city hall currently houses some city offices. The building will undergo extensive renovation to create chamber facitilies. Currently, city council meetings are still held at the city-owned Pinson Civitan Building at 6230 Dry Creek Lane, which served as a temporary City Hall after the city was incorporated in 2004.

A digital sign on the city's property fronting Center Point Road was added to the complex in 2009.
