1955 advertisement for Caddell's

Caddell's Highland Plaza Restaurant was located at 2180 11th Court South, behind and below the Highland Plaza shopping center during the 1950s. The restaurant, owned by Carl Caddell and alternately known as Caddell's Creamery sold hamburgers and sodas during the week with full-course special dinners on weekends.

The business, then just called "The Plaza Restaurant", was owned by Joyce Carter in 1960. It later became the home of the Upside-Down Plaza, and currently houses the Hot and Hot Fish Club restaurant.
