ProcessBarron is a designer, manufacturer, installer and servicer of air and bulk material handling equipment for industry which is headquartered at 2770 Welborn Street in Pelham. The company is led by CEO Ken Nolen and is owned by Carousel Capital of Charlotte, North Carolina.

The company was founded in 1981 as Process Equipment by five former employees of Barron Industries in Anniston. It specializes in equipment that directs air, gases, dust, ash and fuel; but also works with bulk materials used in manufacturing. In addition to its Pelham offices it operates a fabrication shop in Pinson.

In 1995 acquired Weigel Engineering of Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was renamed in May 2002 when it acquired Barron Industries from the New York Blower Company of Willowbrook, Illinois. ProcessBarron purchased PE Flo-Tech of Pelham in 2004 and Southern Field Maintenance of Luverne, Crenshaw County in 2007.

In 2015, ProcessBarron was acquired by the Sterling Group, a private equity firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. They sold it to Carousel Capital in March 2019.
