Colonial Promenade Fultondale is a major retail center on Lowery Parkway at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Walker Chapel Road in Fultondale owned by Colonial Properties Trust. Addresses run from at 3321 to 3489 Lowery Parkway. Although stores in the center began opening as early as late September 2007, the grand opening took place November 2, 2007. The center was built on land previously used for A. T. Holt Park.

Anchors include Target, Best Buy, Ashley Furniture, and Books-A-Million. J. C. Penny held its grand opening on October 3, 2008. Outparcels include Family Christian Bookstore, Chili's, Arby's, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Full Moon Bar-B-Que.

During the April 27, 2011 tornado outbreak, the southern end of the Ashley Furniture building, which marks the southern end of the center, was destroyed. The store's parking lot served as a command post for cleanup efforts used by FEMA.
