Promenade Fultondale (originally Colonial Promenade Fultondale) is a major retail center on Lowery Parkway at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Walker Chapel Road in Fultondale developed by Colonial Properties Trust and currently owned by Inland Real Estate Brokerage. Addresses run from at 3321 to 3489 Lowery Parkway. Although stores in the center began opening as early as late September 2007, the grand opening took place November 2, 2007. The center was built on land previously used for A. T. Holt Park.
Anchors include Target, Best Buy, Ashley Furniture, and Books-A-Million. J. C. Penny held its grand opening on October 3, 2008. Outparcels include Family Christian Bookstore, Chili's, Arby's, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Full Moon Bar-B-Que.
