Rashada LeRoy (born June 22, 1979 in Dothan, Houston County) is the founder of LRY Media Group, which produced the opening and closing ceremonies for the 2022 World Games at Protective Stadium, as well as the World Games Plaza venue at City Walk.

LeRoy graduated from Northview High School in Dothan in 1979 and completed a bachelor's degree in management information systems at the University of Alabama in 2003.

In 2007 LeRoy launched Upgrade, a regional fashion and lifestyle magazine.
