The Royal Cup building is a 3-story brick commercial building located at 2401 1st Avenue North in Downtown Birmingham, on the northwest corner of Block 106B, southeast of 1st Avenue's intersection with 24th Street North and adjacent to the 24th Street viaduct. The rear of the building is addressed as 2400 Morris Avenue.

For most of its existence, the building served as the home of the Batterton Coffee Company, manufacturers of "Royal Cup" brand coffees and teas.

In recent years the building has been identified as a Security Bonded Warehouse. Since at least 2013 the building has been owned by CIC Properties, a limited liability company registered to Frances Cypress of Dixie Store Fixtures and used for storage before the company shut down in 2019.
