Sandra Eubank Gregory (born 1972) is an attorney, practicing family law in the firm of Marcus A. Jones III. She graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in 1998 and lives in Birmingham. She is divorced and has one daughter.

Abduction

At 8:30 in the morning of May 31, 2006 Gregory was forced at gunpoint into her boyfriend's Lexus RX300 in the parking lot of her downtown residence at 2nd Avenue North and 21st Street. The vehicle was abandoned in the 1500 block of Arthur Shores Drive in the mostly-empty Cooper Green Public Housing Community around 9:45. During the day cash was withdrawn from her account at three AmSouth Bank branches in Fairfield, Ensley and Adamsville. She spoke to her boyfriend briefly by telephone at 11:00 AM. Between 4:45 and 5:30 in the afternoon Birmingham Police surrounded the Comfort Inn on West Oxmoor Road in Homewood. Gregory and her abductor were located in room 226. She was found bound but uninjured. Her abductor was taken into custody.
