Shannon Riley (born 1972) is the founder and owner of One Stop Environmental, a Woodlawn-based environmental services company.

Riley worked at the Los Alamos National Laboratories before moving to Birmingham to become a process engineer and field chemist for U. S. Pipe & Foundry.

She went out on her own with One Stop Environmental in 1999. In 2002 the company became the primary environmental contractor for U. S. Steel's Fairfield Works. It has also been contracted through several entities for assistance in clean-up and recovery from damage caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Riley was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce in November 2007. She is married and has four children.
