Charles Stanley Bailey (born March 22, 1949) is a former Chairman, CEO and President of Superior Bancorp.

Bailey began working in banking in 1971 with First National Bank of Birmingham and rose to the position of vice chairman. In 1995 he left to work for the Hancock Holding Company of Gulfport, Mississippi. In 1997 he founded the Superior Financial Corporation of Little Rock, Arkansas, which he sold in 2003. He then became chairman and CEO of the Silver Acquisition Corporation of Overland Park, Kansas.
