C. Stanley Bailey (born c. 1945) is a former Chairman, CEO and President of Superior Bancorp.

Bailey began working in banking in 1971 with First National Bank of Birmingham. He later worked for the Hancock Holding Company of Gulfport, Mississippi. In 1997 he founded the Superior Financial Corporation of Little Rock, Arkansas, which he sold in 2003. He then became chairman and CEO of the Silver Acquisition Corporation of Overland Park, Kansas.

Bailey returned to Birmingham in 2005 as CEO of Superior Bancorp and Chairman of Superior Bank. He succeeded founder Jimmy Taylor as Chairman and President in October 2009 and held those positions until his retirement in March 2011. Bailey resigned in order to devote his "full-time attention to [his] family and the challenges it faces."
