The Oxmoor (formerly The Venue and ARIUM Lakeshore) is a 288-unit apartment complex located at 2850 Venice Road off Lakeshore Parkway in Birmingham's Oxmoor neighborhood.
The complex, developed in 2014 by Venice Road Partners, an affiliate of Davis Development of Stockbridge, Georgia. It includes a 24-hour fitness center, saltwater swimming pool, outdoor lounge area and a dog park.
The property was operated as "ARIUM Lakeshore" under the ownership of the Carroll Organization of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2019 the property was bought by the White Eagle Property Group of Monsey, New York for $43.7 million, and rebranded with its current name.
