Landmark at Magnolia Glen is a 1,080-unit apartment complex located on Centennial Drive off of Lorna Road in Hoover. It is the largest complex in the Birmingham area.

Goff Capital Partners of Centennial, Colorado purchased the property from Landmark Residential Management in 2015 for $71 million.
