Sunrise Pointe Apartments is an apartment community located in the Eastwood neighborhood of the Crestline community. The apartments occupy a hill just west of Red Gap, south of Georgia Road and the railroad tracks, north of I-20, and across Oporto-Madrid Boulevard South from the Oporto National Guard Armory and Lawson Field.

The apartments were built in 1978. Before 2010 the complex was owned by H & H Realty. In 2018 it was sold by PF Holdings to Forge Partners of Rancho Sante Fe, California. Forge Partners plans to renovate and rebrand the property.

The apartment community consists of 23 buildings on Sunrise Drive, Sunrise Road, Sunrise Circle, Sunrise Lane, Sunrise Place, and East Ridge Lane. The community shares a clubhouse, swimming pool and laundry facility.

In March 2010 a fire damaged 12 units. Two people were injured escaping from the fire. A man was killed and two others injured during a shootout in the complex's parking lot on September 11, 2010.
